All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by the event organizer. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Full payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Booking confirmations will be sent after successful payment. The organizer is not responsible for failed transactions caused by banking or payment gateway issues.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to the specific refund policy of the event. Convenience fees, processing charges, and taxes may be non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, venue, schedule, speakers, performers, or any other event details without prior notice. Participants will be informed of significant changes whenever possible.
Participants may be required to present a valid booking confirmation, ticket, or government-issued photo identification for entry. The organizer reserves the right to deny admission if verification requirements are not met.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, performers, staff, and venue personnel. Harassment, abusive behavior, or disruption of the event may result in removal without refund.
Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness in such materials.
The organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for cancellation, postponement, or interruption of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
Personal information collected during registration will be used only for event management, communication, and related services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
