1. Ticket Bookings

All tickets purchased through our website are issued electronically and are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue mentioned on the ticket.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Once a ticket has been successfully booked, it is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Customers are requested to carefully review the event details before completing their purchase.

Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend the event, late arrival, change of personal plans, or incorrect booking information provided by the customer.

3. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be eligible for one of the following, as determined by the organizer:

  • A full refund of the ticket amount; or
  • A rescheduled event with the same ticket remaining valid; or
  • A credit voucher that may be used for a future event.

Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.

4. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, booked tickets will remain valid for the new date.

If a customer is unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the organizer and in accordance with the specific event's policy.

5. Duplicate Bookings

If a customer is charged multiple times due to a technical issue, the duplicate transaction(s) will be verified and the excess amount will be refunded after confirmation.

6. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the ticket is not generated:

  • The transaction will be verified with the payment gateway.
  • If payment has been successfully received, the ticket will be issued.
  • If the transaction has failed, the deducted amount will be refunded by the payment provider or the customer's bank as per their standard processing timelines.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after verification. The actual credit may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

8. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, public emergencies, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the organizer may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements where feasible.
